Message From the Dean

Dear Colleagues-

The College of Behavioral & Community Sciences has a tri-fold mission of teaching, research, and public service. Each day, our dedicated faculty and staff continue to develop innovative community and behavioral health education programs to meet the challenges and opportunities of this century. We strive to prepare our students for an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace by providing them with an optimum learning environment and opportunities for global experiences. We are driven by purpose and passion.

And while this is a remarkable time in the history of the University of South Florida, a long-standing tradition that has helped mold that remarkable history is the USF Faculty & Staff Campaign. Your participation in the 2018-2019 Faculty & Staff Campaign is an opportunity for you to invest in your university. Your gift will have far reaching impact. Perhaps it will help provide a scholarship for a deserving student. Maybe it will help establish an endowed chair or professorship to help support the impeccable work of our faculty. Or it may support research that will enhance the lives of many.

There are many funds within the College that you may choose to support, but I hope that you will consider supporting one of the funds below. These funds have been identified as areas of critical support to assist the College in reaching strategic priorities. Whatever you choose to support, whatever amount you are able to give, your contribution will be impactful.
